14.       Rachel Lewis (Purchasing) – Award bid on debris monitoring service contract.

15.       Rachel Lewis – Award bid on pre-disaster and declared disaster ambulance service contract.

16.       Rachel Lewis – Award bid on disaster service debris removal contract.

17.       Rachel Lewis – Award bids for emergency fuel tanks and temporary sanitary facilities.

18.       Rachel Lewis – Award bid on food service and commissary management services for Jail.

25.       Theresa Wigley (Emergency Management) – Permission to apply for Hurricane Ike County Wildfire Protection Plan grant.
