6.       Lawrence Parthum (Auditor) – Payment of County bills.

7.       Approval of Change Order to engineering contract with Arseneaux & Gates Consulting Engineers, Inc. for modifications to Woodway Blvd. bridge.

8.       Commissioner McGallion – Discussion/Action on placing 30mph speed limits on Cherokee Lane and Woodard Road (Pct. 2)

9.       Rachel Lewis (Purchasing) – Awarding of bids on Road and Bridge materials for all precincts.

10.    Rachel Lewis – Permission to solicit bids for lease of property at Airport.

11.    Commissioner Franklin – Permission to solicit bids for sale of 1995 325L Caterpillar Trackhoe.

12.    Commissioner Franklin – Permission to solicit bids for sale of 1979

2 ½ ton Chevrolet haul truck and 40 ft. breakdown 3 axle trailer.

13.    David Die (Confederation of Clubs of Independent Riders) – Adoption of Resolution No. 10-10 proclaiming the month of May, 2010, as Motorcycle Safety and Awareness month in Hardin County.

14.    Sue Bard (Southeast Texas Arts Council) – Adoption of Resolution

No. 11-10 supporting Silsbee Arts and Cultural Council in their endeavors to create a cultural plan for our community as well as for obtaining a Cultural District Designation for downtown area.

15.    Authorization for County Judge to sign agreement with Nutrition and Services for Seniors for use of space in Courthouse Annex(Kountze) and Batson Senior Center (West Hardin) to provide meals and other activities for seniors.

16.    Rachel Lewis – Approval for purchase of air conditioners for jail .

17.    Discussion/Action regarding use of old landfill site on FM 770 for Radio Control Flying Club (model airplanes).
