7.      Lawrence Parthum (Auditor) – Payment of County bills.

8.      Shirley Stephens (Tax Assessor-Collector) – Discussion/Action on request from Marlon Quibodeaux to release penalty and late fees on property taxes.

9.      Commissioner Franklin – Awarding of bid for sale of 1995 325L Caterpillar trackhoe.

10.   Commissioner Franklin – Permission to re-solicit bids for sale of 1980 Chevy 2 ½ ton haul truck and 40' break-down 3 axle goose-neck trailer.

11.   Commissioner Pelt – Permission to solicit bids on removal of old Justice of the Peace office building in Sour Lake (no bids received on sale) . 

12.   Commissioner Pelt – Permission to purchase a one-half ton extended cab truck from Houston Galveston Area Council (HGAC) bid list.

13.   Commissioner Pelt – Permission to solicit bids for paving services to overlay Hereford Road, Pinemont Street, Pine Crest Street, and Lake View Street.

14.   Commissioner Riedinger – Permission to solicit bids for overlaying of Deer Park Lane in Lumberton (Pct. 1).

15.   Esther Scarborough (Floodplain) / Ray Moore – Permission to lease buy-out property on golf course in Pinewood.

16.   Esther Scarborough /Jared and Aimee Gallier – Permission to lease buy-out property on golf course in Pinewood.

17.   Executive Session to discuss development on Copperhead Trail in Silsbee. (Government Code 551.071, 1-A)

18.   Discussion /Action on Item No. 17 (Development on Copperhead Trail).

19.   Esther Scarborough – Approval of re-plat of Pinevale Way in Sour Lake.

20.   Rose Stewart (Personnel) – Discussion/Action regarding insurance on personal vehicles driven by deputy constables while performing law enforcement duties.

21.   Vicki Johnson (District Clerk) – Permission for imaging system to scan old records.

22.   Bryce Weathersby (Big Thicket Amateur Radio Club) – Adoption of Resolution No. 13-10 acknowledging the week of June 20-26, 2010, as Amateur Radio Week in Hardin County.

23.   Angela Camden (Agriculture/Natural Resources) – Presentation of Keys to the Courthouse curriculum regarding County Government.
