7.             Discussion/Action regarding Outside Audit.

8.             Toy Akridge (Health Department) – Authorization for County Judge to sign requisitions for contractual work from Triangle Aids Network and for billboard advertisement.

9.             Vicki Johnson (District Clerk) – Permission for imaging system to scan old records. 

10.          Commissioner Franklin – Permission to solicit bids to overlay .5 mile on Ash Street east of Lumberton, Pct. 4.

11.          Commissioner Franklin – Permission to solicit bids to sell 1980 2½ ton Chevrolet cab and chassis with no bed (#6024) for junk, Pct. 4.
