7.      Shawn Skinner (SESCO) – Permission to solicit bids for Hurricane Ike Debris Removal Project DRS010002-14401-1, Phase 3 pending approval of Bid packet by HNTB, Inc.

8.      Glenda Alston (County Clerk) / Vicki Johnson (District Clerk) – Approval of contracts with Local Government Solutions for scanning and digital imaging of historical records.

9.      Rose Stewart (Personnel) – Discussion/Action on early retiree

10.   reinsurance program application with U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

11.   Discussion/Action regarding imposition of optional fees for upkeep of county roads and bridges.

12.   Commissioner Riedinger – Permission to purchase pick-up truck from Houston Galveston Area Council (HGAC) bid list.

13.   Commissioner Riedinger – Awarding of bid for paving service to overlay Deer Park Lane in Pct. #1.

14.   Commissioner Franklin – Awarding of bids on sale of 1980 Chevy 2½ ton haul truck (Serial #4350) and 40' break-down 3 axle goose-neck trailer (Serial #50714).  

15.   Commissioner Pelt – Awarding of bid for paving services to overlay Hereford Dr., Pinemont Dr., Pine Crest Dr., and Lakeview Dr. in Pct. 3.

16.   Commissioner Pelt – Awarding of bid for removal of old Justice of the Peace office building in Sour Lake.

17.   Authorization for Judge Caraway to sign renewal for VINE (Victim Information & Notification Everyday) program.

18.   Discussion/Action regarding removal of trees from Citizens State Bank property in Kountze due to close proximity to Methodist Church Family Life Center utilized by the County for critical care, home-bound individuals in the event of a hurricane.

19.   Discussion/Action on repair/replacement of generator at Annex.

20.   Discussion/Action regarding Hardin County Appraisal District budget.
