Cost:

TVFC Vaccinations - $10.00 for the first dose & $5.00 for each additional dose.

(for example, 2 shots would be $15.00, 3 would be $20.00, etc.)

Influenza Vaccinations - $25.00
COVID-19 Vaccinations - No Charge

SATURDAY BACK TO SCHOOL VACCINE CLINICS

We will be offering three Saturday clinics for parents needing their children's back to school vaccines. We know working parents could use a Saturday to get ready for the new school year so please take advantage of these dates and no appointment is necessary.

June 29th 8am - 12pm Silsbee Office and H C Annex in Kountze

July 20th 8am - 12pm Silsbee Office and H C Annex in Kountze

August 17th 8am - 12pm Silsbee Office and H C Annex in Kountze

You will be notified through your child's school, healthcare provider, or your local health department.

Below are the recommended age groups to receive vaccinations.

2 Months:

4 Months: :

6 Months:

9 Months:

- None needed unless your child is behind on vaccinations.

12 Months:

- Hep A

15 Months:

18 Months:

- Hepatitis A

*Must be 6 months and 1 day apart from the first Hepatitis A dose

24 Months:

- None needed unless your child is behind on vaccinations.

4 Years:

- DTaP

- Varicella

12 Years:

- TDaP

- MCV4 (Meningitis)

- HPV (Optional)

16-18 Years

- MCV4 (Meningitis)

*Must be 4 years apart from the first MCV4 dose

Minors must meet one of the requirements for Texas Vaccines for Children (TVFC) program

- Medicaid

- Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP)

- American Indian

- Alaskan Native

- No Health Insurance

- Underinsured

Defined as the following;

- Has health insurance, but vaccines are not covered

- Health insurance covers only selected vaccines (Eligible for non-covered vaccines only)

- Health insurance that has a cap at a certain amount. Once that cap is reached, the child is eligible as underinsured.

Adults must meet one of the requirements in the Adult Safety Net (ASN) program.

- No health insurance

- 19 years of age and have been referred to the Hardin County Health Services to complete a vaccine series that began at 18 years or younger and are eligible for TVFC vaccinations.

We are not currently administering COVID-19 tests.
