Defined as the following;
- Has health insurance, but vaccines are not covered
- Health insurance covers only selected vaccines (Eligible for non-covered vaccines only)
- Health insurance that has a cap at a certain amount. Once that cap is reached, the child is eligible as underinsured.
Adults must meet one of the requirements in the Adult Safety Net program.
- No health insurance
- 19 years of age and have been referred to the Hardin County Health Services to complete a vaccine series that began at 18 years or younger and are eligible for T.V.F.C. vaccinations.
