Every food establishment that cooks food must have a Certified Food Manager on premises.
Food Manager Class
Food service managers are responsible for the daily operation of restaurants or other establishments that prepare and serve food and beverages.

Food Handler Class
Food handlers are responsible for packaged or unpackaged food as well as the equipment and utensils used to prepare or serve food and/or surfaces that come into contact with food.
Our next Food Handler’s class is to be arranged from 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM at the Hardin County Annex Building. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early if you did not pre-pay.

Food Plan Review Information Guide & Food Plan Review - Informational guide for creating plans for your food establishment for a new business or remodel. The menu and building plans are to be submitted to the Health Inspector prior to work beginning. Contact the Health Inspector for any additional information.
