December 4th, 11th, 18th

From 9-11 AM at the Hardin County Annex Building.

It is recommended to bring a laptop or tablet if you have one available.

HOW MUCH IS THE COST FOR CERTIFICATION?
The cost for certification is $125.00 and it is valid for a total of 5 years.

New Business

This application is for anyone needing a Food Establishment Permit for Hardin County.

Informational guides for creating plans for your food establishment for a new business or remodel. The menu and building plans are to be submitted to the Health Inspector prior to work beginning. Contact the Health Inspector for any additional information.
All the information you will need to start a new business in Hardin County. This does not include information you will need from the city if your business is located in the city limits. Please see the city for permits you need.
This packet includes paperwork for all disasters for assessment, response and recovery as well as a boil water notice and how to protect food and water during a storm.
The following information will help ensure that your mobile unit has all the required equipment and documents needed to obtain a Food Service Permit in Hardin County.
This permit is for all catering establishments, food truck and trailers that sell food, cook or deliver to Hardin County but the business is not located in Hardin County.

Form for any festival or event to be held in Hardin County. These may be paid for at the event, online or in our office. You may get a Temporary Permit for one event or for the year. If you already have a Food Establishment or Catering Permit you will not have to obtain this permit for a Hardin County event. For all events participants are subject to inspection.
